1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The product is in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is provided.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a return. Certain items, such as clearance products, final-sale items, or opened electronic components, may also be excluded.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@electronixsource.com with your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as they may not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. After verification, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
We may ask that the damaged item be returned before a replacement is shipped.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve processed your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or color, please contact us before returning the original item. In most cases, the fastest way to exchange is to complete a return and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

7. Late or Missing Refunds
