At Electronix Source, we’re dedicated to delivering your electronics and accessories quickly, securely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for all orders placed through our website, www.electronixsource.com.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or a temporary stock delay, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we’ll notify you by email with an estimated ship date.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight or size of your order. We aim to offer affordable and reliable shipping options for all customers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, or customs processing.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all continental U.S. states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and select international destinations.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact our support team at support@electronixsource.com to confirm if we can accommodate your order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this link to monitor your package’s delivery status directly from the carrier’s website.

If you don’t see your tracking information within a few days of your order confirmation, please check your spam or promotions folder—or contact us for assistance.


5. Delays and Lost Packages

While we work with trusted carriers, occasional shipping delays can occur due to factors outside our control (such as carrier issues or extreme weather).

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@electronixsource.com, and we’ll help locate your package or open a claim with the shipping carrier. Electronix Source is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you realize you’ve made an error, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.


7. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.

Please check with your local customs office for details on applicable charges before placing your order.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product, and packaging. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
